Alex and (Oaxaca) Waka give us an update from Mexico, where both are finding new strength through infermity. Don't drink the water, don't add ice cubes and think twice before eating fresh vegetables! Posted by Rob.

Here's an update from former Osaka resident and BikeClubOsaka crew member Liz Lambert:

As some of you know, I started writing a column in a Melbourne-based magazine. It is actually free street press, and heaps of u have asked how to get a hold of it, but since you are all interstate or overseas you will have to order it from

http://www.ldrmagazine.com.au/ and go under subscibe.

It is really cheap - $2.95 (around 300 yen) including postage and handling and it would be great if you do go ahead and order it. After all the DJ gigs, websites photography exhibitions, art exhbitions, fashion lines, bars, restaurants, festivals etc that I have supported you my lovely friends for over the years, it's my turn!!

Let me know what you think. I've not seen it yet, still waiting for a copy to come to me in northern Oz. xo

Thanks lovelies!!

Liz's blog is http://www.transitlounging.blogspot.com/ ...I had a graphic from her somewhere. Posted by Rob.

We generally try to steer clear of politics and religion here on NFTOS, however, Patrick Widdess recently crafted his own version of The Fall of Man which I dig immensely and decided to read. So, not only do we bring up the sacred here, but I'm sure some will find it tinged with sacrilege. Please find it in your hearts to forgive us in advance! Read by Rob, interrupted by Alex, Makiko and a third person? Photo from Patrick. Read the full text here.

Hans and Rob talk about Frank Schleck's stage win at the Tour de Suisse, then wrap up the Dauphine Libere and foretell of more scandal to precede the Tour de France--now with it's own YouTube channel!

Today's blasts from the past are the 1996 Tour de France standings, a video of Djamolidine Abdujaparov's crash in 1991 and here's a 1986 Tour clip featuring the voice of Phil Ligget and the synth pop of John Tesh! The future is in the 80s...

Wheels by Makiko. Intro and outro by The Crystal Method used without permission--please don't sue!

Here's Alex's latest report from Mexico. Listen to him culture shocking. We didn't have room for the file on NFTOS, so we posted it over on LearnJapanese. Click here to listen.
