My old racing buddy Dan Currell is back in the sport, this time as an amateur category 3 on the track. Check him out on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/currelld The video was taken 7 July at the Sports Center Velodrome Chariot Race, Category 3. "Taylor Olson wins by a mile." Cooking with the wannabe redneck, Hans, via the series of tubes, with not much cycling discussed this time, however, we did have Norwegian pop (music), micro-brewed beer, samba, pellet guns, hillbilly foreplay, and much, much more! I think Hans was on the verge of a Mel Gibson moment, but managed to keep himself under control. You have to take his environment into consideration... Photo by Hans. Posted by Rob. Alex writes: "It's always good go through old files and see which ones are being downloaded and which aren't. While going through the files I decided to make the top 10 most popular downloads from this site." Here they are in reverse order: 10) Lesson #5 Asking someone out 9) Lesson #15 Wait a moment Mr Postman In this lesson we learned to count with Waka sensei. This was my favorite show and has been popular ever since we released it. Recently all the Fun Friday episodes have been more popular than the normal lessons.4) ALT RAP by Rob (a.k.a. El Gringo) This rap about life as an English teacher was written by Rob and fellow Osaka ALT John Sanders, and the music was produced by Alex Brooke. [There was supposed to be a YouTube video here. Seems like there's either a YouTube bug or a Libsyn one, and I'm going to try and find out which it is. It's been happening with all new posts and edits since yesterday. All the code just disappears. I'll get to the bottom of this...] Something someone at work turned me onto. Posted by Rob.
