Jarrod Lio has very kindly contributed to News From The Other Side in the form of "The Motorway" his new podcast and travelog. In this first episode, Jarod tell us what he's doing in Langkawi, Malaysia as a tropical thunderstorm rages outside. This is packed with interesting and useful information on traveling in Malaysia along with Jarrod's personal observations and opinions. This is a great travelog and welcome addition to News From The Other Side. I'm looking forward to hearing more. It's game day today, All Blacks vs Poms, but first we must have a barbecue and drink some homebrew.

This morning, we went to the Britomart Farmers' Market for some veggies, but the camera battery was dead.  I'll have to take some video footage next time, although the Otara and Avondale Markets we went to before are much bigger and have more of an international feel to them.

Alex's Tour of Japan (Series?).

Brewing beer in Auckland with Andrew. I think this was his second batch to do on his own--I mostly just held the camera or did what he said. Although, I had helped people with various stages of the process before.
